The probate process

After the funeral, the legal process begins. This process is known as probate, or the administration of an estate.

This is where The Probate Wizard can help.

Before starting The Probate Wizard, take a look at our checklist. Once you've started, the Wizard will take you through the process of dealing with a deceased person's cash, bank accounts, savings, shares, property and more, together known as the deceased's "estate".

The probate process is different for every death. Read more about what to expect and our answer to the common question: what is a grant of probate?
