Probate reports
After we have reviewed your data for common errors, all reports are available for you to download in PDF format. They are ready for you to save to your computer, print or e-mail.
Our probate reports are specific to your estate.
They include:
A detailed picture of the estate which may be relied upon in the future
A record of the estate which may be provided to the beneficiaries
A clear picture of inheritance tax liability, exemptions and reliefs
Estate accounts for beneficiaries and creditors
A detailed valuation of the estate which may be handed to a probate specialist
In the final case, you may choose to hand your reports to a probate specialist, such as a solicitor or other professional, with instructions to pay inheritance tax and/or apply for the grant.
Valuation report
Our valuation report contains all the information about the deceased, the deceased's family, the will or intestacy and the valuation of the estate.
It's easy to read, with all data categorised and summarised.
Inheritance tax report
It is important to have a clear, detailed picture of the estate's inheritance tax position.
This information is detailed and summarised in your custom inheritance tax report. The report makes it crystal clear whether inheritance tax has to be paid and, if not, which exemptions have been applied, to what extent and why.
Distribution report and guidance
The distribution report helps you collect funds, sell assets and distribute the estate.
Estate accounts
Estate accounts are an itemised summary of the estate's assets, liabilities and income. Based on the information you provide, the Wizard compiles estate accounts.
We describe these as "basic" estate accounts because they refer to date of death values. The final value of funds and assets to be distributed may be different.
On rare occasions it may be necessary to seek professional legal or accountancy advice for the preparation of comprehensive estate accounts.
