Apply for the grant of probate
After you've sent your application (we tell you how and even provide a covering letter!) the Probate Service will be in touch.
There is no need for you to attend a probate registry. All you have to do is swear an "oath" in front of a solicitor, exactly the same process as if you had instructed a solicitor in the first place.
Collect funds and distribute the estate
You will receive the grant in a few weeks.
Our help doesn't finish there. We provide reports custom made for you which help you to collect funds, sell the house and distribute the estate. We even provide estate accounts.
