How to sign the "Return of estate information" form (IHT205)

If The Probate Wizard has compiled the IHT205 form for you, here’s how to sign it.

This guide is only relevant if you are a user of The Probate Wizard and the Wizard has compiled form IHT205 for you. It should not be relied on by others.

All acting personal representatives should sign the form on the final page next to their name and address, also adding the date that they signed.

They do not have to sign in each other’s presence or on the same date.
